New Cheeze On The Block

Martin Sørensen, chef for Mel­bourne’s Monk Bod­hi and Ad­mi­ral Cheng Ho, has re­leased a new range of non-dairy cheezes de­signed to em­u­late the flavours and tex­tures of dairy prod­ucts, with­out the an­i­mal cru­el­ty.

Da­mo­na Di­vine Cow is the name of Martin’s new busi­ness and flavours in­clude boc­conci­ni, pep­per­jack and brie.
